1. About Us

Masoi Foods is a women-led spice brand offering handmade, traditional Maharashtrian masalas. All our spices are prepared in small batches using handpicked ingredients and a 25-year-old authentic recipe.

2. Products

We sell only handmade spices. All products are made without added colors or preservatives.

3. Shipping Policy

• We ship PAN India.
• Delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days depending on the location.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the package is damaged.
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
• Refunds are initiated once we verify the issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before the package is dispatched.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

6. Payment Options

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
