We only accept returns if the product is damaged or tampered during delivery.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like taste preference or change of mind.
🚫 Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
To cancel, please contact us on email or phone as soon as possible.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
